Great seed – Red Dead Redemption 2 is nominated in seven categories GDC Awards
Game Developers Choice Awards (GDCA) – a prize dedicated to the video game, which is held as part of the Game Developers Conference. This year, the 19th awarding ceremony of the best games that have been published over the past 365 days will take place.
The ceremony will take place on March 20 in San Francisco and will be held together with the Independent Games Festival Awards, one of the most prestigious prizes among Indie games. The host of the event will again become Tim Schafer (TIM SCHAFER) – veteran of the gaming industry, which has worked for more than 10 years in the legendary Lucasarts and founded Double FinE Productions.
Everyone will be able to see the award ceremony on the air.
The king of nominations became Red Dead Redemption 2: The game has a chance to win in seven categories – “Best Sound”, “Best Design”, “Award for Innovation”, “Best Narration”, “Best Technology”, “Best Visual Part” and “Game of the Year”. The second will get the screenwriter and director Amy Hannig (Amy Hennig), which began a career in the gaming industry with Atari 7800 and was a creative director and screenwriter of the series Uncharted.
